McDonald’s in Renton Temporarily Closed After Gas Leak

The McDonald’s located at 73 Rainier Ave S, Renton, WA 98057, US is temporarily closed after a gas leak was discovered on Tuesday, March 8, 2023.

Gas Leak Investigation

According to the Renton Fire Department, the leak was reported around 11:00 AM. Firefighters responded to the scene and found a gas leak coming from a broken pipe in the kitchen area. The gas was identified as natural gas.

The fire department evacuated the building and shut off the gas supply. Puget Sound Energy crews were called to repair the leak.
